I suppose that since I was an early advocate of SMM, folks like to share their opinions about how you guys are doing with me. Our CEO has been most complimentary of Travis and has even said that “Travis and SMM are the best thing that’s happened in our IT Department in ages.” Our CNO has also told me that she has been very impressed with how quickly things are getting done.
